A total of 36 vessels are expected to dock at the Port of Mombasa in the next two weeks.
Out of the 36 vessels, 18 are container vessels, 10 are conventional ships, four are oil tankers and the other four are car carriers.
Goods being brought in include food commodities ie bagged sugar, bagged rice, bulk vegetable oil, and bulk wheat.
Other goods being brought in are bulk fertilizer and bulk coal.
