Kenyans on social media have been joking about selling Akothee to other countries in exchange for other artists, well your wish might just come true.
In an interview on Baraka Fm’s mid morning show ‘Mziki Mzuka‘, Akothee revealed that she will be leaving the country for Europe.
“I will be performing on the 16th at the Papa Remo beach in Watamu. It will be my first show in 2019 and probably the last because I’m moving to Europe. I already migrated my kids there, it has been a year now,” said the mother of five.

Akothee or ‘Madam Boss’ as many prefer to call her, will be back in East Africa while on her world tour in May.
“After valentines show, I will be traveling to go see my family, then kickoff my world tour. As part of the tour I will be back to visit Tanzania and Uganda and generally bid farewell to East Africa in May,” said the ‘Abebo’ singer.
