American rapper Desiigner had a tough time in Nairobi during his performance at the Jameson Connect Kenya concert.
The panda hitmaker had his snickers jacked off his feet as he took a piggyback ride on a security guard to interact with his fans.
“”Wait! Wait! Wait! My sneakers, my sneakers, my sneakers, my sneakers, my sneakers,” a frantic Desiigner yelled.
The rapper expressed disappointment in the act terming it not a cool action.
“This is not cool at all ya’ll, I came all the way from America to sing for you and someone out here is trying to take what he didn’t work for. That is not how we do things,” he yelled to the crowd after the incident.
Not long-ago Diamond Platnumz has mugged his pure diamond chains while mingling with a crowd ahead of Wasafi Festival in Mtwara.
Artistes that have reportedly been robbed while performing in Kenya include Nigerian artiste Davido who reportedly lost his phone in 2015 at Carnivore grounds. Jamaican Tarrus Riley also lost his iPhone at Sankara Hotel in 2012. The iPhone was not traced even after thorough searches.
