Speaking in Mombasa on Friday, NCBA bank CEO Mr. John Gachora said they aim to spread their customer experience to all regions.
The new branches will be in Voi and Lamu.
Gachora further encouraged young professionals who want to own homes or establish businesses to walk to any NCBA bank for affordable mortgage loans and financial solutions.
“In record 15 minutes we can tell you whether you qualify for a loan or mortgage . We have our team who will listen to you and advise you accordingly”, he added.
According to the CEO, NCBA has adopted a new strategy to remain a competitive bank.
“We pride ourselves in offering a better bank customer experience, unlike others. We also have flexible loan payment period”, he stated.
NCBA bank has 11 branches in Coast region with over 25,000 customers.
