The body of a man found on the beach near the Likoni ferry crossingchannel, Mombasa County on Thursday has been identified.
Sources say the body belongs to Mr. Haron Ondieki, a father of two.
His elder brother says Ondieki left his home for work but did not return home before his lifeless body was found by the beach.
According to Police report, the body had physical injuries on the head allegedly caused by a blunt object.
The body was moved to Coast General Hospital mortuary as police launch an investigation over the death.
