Police in Madogo, Tana River County have exhumed the body of a man buried in a shallow grave on the banks of River Tana.
This is after a boy who was herding goats discovered the body and informed neighbours who reported the matter to police.
Tana North police commander Ali Ndiema has called on anyone who lost a relative to report to the nearest police station.
The decomposed body was to Garissa Referral Hospital morgue for further examination.
