Actor Charles Bukeko popularly known as ‘Papa Shirandula’ will be buried at his Busia home on Monday.
58-year-old Papa died on Saturday morning at Nairobi’s Karen Hospital where he had been rushed after he experienced difficulty in breathing.
The body of the late TV drama actor was ferried from Nairobi’s Montezuma funeral home on Sunday afternoon and will be buried on Monday according to the Ministry of Health guidelines.
Papa’s brother-in-law Ronald Wanyama, Shirandula had traveled traveled to Western and returned to Nairobi before falling sick.
The late actor who died just a week from traveling back from Western tested positive for COVID-19.
