Former Taita Taveta women rep Joyce Wanjala has reunited with her mzungu husband William Lay.

Joyce reunited with the Nairobi tycoon on valentine day after they had separated in 2015 with a local publication stating that both Joyce and her husband William Lay had filled a divorce citing irreconcilable differences.

Joyce later briefly dated Nakuru politician Jimmy Ojwang before calling quits a few weeks later accusing the politician of being clingy and violent.

“He has been stalking, harassing and many times pleading with Joyce to give him another chance. The stalking has become too much. Soon, we will file a restraining order against him. He is the type of man who metes violence against women and I don’t want to see him anywhere near my client,”  Joyce’s lawyer Cliff Ombeta told journalists in 2017.

The two lovebirds exchanged vows on 25th August 2007 in Thunder and Fire ministries Nairobi before their indifferences came about in 2015.

A jovial Joyce took to her Instagram account to celebrate the reunion warning her adversaries to watch her blessing.

Happy Valentine’s Day my husband I love you so so much and I praise God for you every day. We are happy! It’s like we never left! This is to. Till death do us part!” her post read in part.

Joyce Wanjala came to the limelight in 2015 after she complained of sexual harassment by the then Turbo Member of Parliament Elisha Busienei during president Uhuru’s state visit to Tokyo.

Joyce also grabbed media headlines after it emerged that Joseph Irungu alias Jowie, the prime suspect in Monica Kimani’s killing once served as part of her security detail during the campaign period

February is definitely the month for Joyce as she was recently appointed member of Water Sector Trust Fund.
