Mombasa, KENYA: Two people were on Sunday injured following an accident involving a Dreamline bus from Mombasa at Mackinnon area of Taita Taveta county.
According to an eyewitness who spoke to Baraka FM on phone, the bus which was heading to Mumias was trying to overtake when it collided head on with a trailer.
Taita-Taveta base commander Michael Mureithi said two drivers sustained injuries and were rushed to hospital.
The accident take place just hours into the implementation of the Michuki rules which authorities argue will bring back some sanity on the roads.
