If you have always wanted to be part of the country’s security forces then start preparing your credentials.
Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) will be carrying out a countrywide recruitment exercise from the 19th of this month.
The month long exercise will be held at various centres from 8am- 7pm weekdays and will end on the 19th of next month.
KDF recruiting teams consisting of the Kenya Army, Kenya Air Force and Kenya Navy will be visiting the recruitment centres during the exercise.
“All potential candidates reporting to the recruitment centres should come from the Sub counties and Divisions of their respective Counties. They must bring with them current original national identity card, academic certificates and testimonials. Photocopies, scanned documents and police abstracts will not be accepted,” read the recruitment notice from KDF.
Centres
If you come from Lamu, recruitment centres will be Amu and Faza on the 19th of this month.

Taita Taveta: Taveta on the 19th and Wundanyi on the 20th. Those in Mwatate will get a chance on the 21st and Voi 22nd.
In Tana River: Garsen on the 20th, Hola 22nd and Bura 23rd.
Kwale: Lunga Lunga on the 19th, Msambweni 20th, Kwale 21st and Kinango 22nd.
Potential candidates in Kilifi will go to the following centres: Marafa on the 26th, Malindi 27th, Ganze 28th, Kiifi 29th, Kikambala 30th, Rabai on the 5th of December and Kaloleni on the 6th.

Those willing to be part of the exercise in Mombasa will go to the following centres: Likoni on the 23rd, Kisauni on the 3rd of December, Kongowea 4th, Changamwe 7th and Mikindani 10th.
Nairobi will only have one centre at Kasarani and the exercise will be held on the 10th of December.
