This past week has seen the self proclaimed general of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Miguna Miguna make headlines with his deportation saga and the drama that came with it at the JKIA.
Following the drama that ensued while the fiery lawyer was being forced into a plane,netizens were quick to come up with the #MigunaChallenge to re-enact the scenes at JKIA and it has been trending.
Popular Tv anchor Willis Raburu joined radio co-hosts Jeff Koinange and Jalang’o in taking up the challenge and in this instance ‘forcing’ Jeff to work against his will.
Raburu posted the video on his Instagram page and this did not sit well with Dr. Miguna Miguna who took to Twitter to express his displeasure.
Miguna condemned this act with a Twitter post that read “@WillisRaburu, @KoinangeJeff and company: You are part of Kenya’s main problem. You enjoy, joke at, mock and poke fun at egregious human rights abuses, torture and tyranny because the tyrants have you on their payroll. Shame on all of you!
Embakasi East Mp Babu Owino was also in support of Miguna replying to his tweet saying “This is so wrong.
Jeff Koinange was one of the journalists who were in the plane that was destined deport Miguna Miguna before he refused to board it.
However he was deported successfully through Dubai.
