Former Gor Mahia FC midfielder Khalid Aucho has been dropped by South African Baroka FC barely four months after joining the club.
The Ugandan left Gor Mahia for a Scotland’s Aberdeen FC in July 2016, but failed to impress during his two weeks trials forcing him to part ways with the club.
He then joined Baroka FC on a three year contract in August last year, hoping to reflect his outstanding performance which saw him win three successive league titles with Gor Mahia.
The dreams however have ended prematurely after Baroka on Thursday confirmed that the Ugandan is among the four players it has offloaded.
Aucho is among the Ugandan 23-man squad which will do duty in the 31st edition of the African Cup of Nations set to kick off on Saturday in Gabon.
