If you haven’t talked to or seen your friend in a while then today would be the best day to contact them as the world celebrates International Friendship day.
The event which is marked on every 30th July is set to celebrate friendships, whether new or old.
The day was first proposed in 1958 but declared as an international event by the United Nations General Assembly on 27th April 2011

So take this opportunity and treat your friend for some dinner, movie or just hang out.
