Antony Kimani has admitted that his charges are missing the leadership of Congolese defender Felly Mulumba who left the club and joined Tanzanian side Coastal Union.

The tactician said the presence of Mulumba was more than what he offered in the field.

“Mulumba was a leader on the pitch, a great motivator, and an example to the young players, we definitely miss him,” Kimani stated.

However, Kimani emphasized that their struggle in the league is far from the departure of Mulumba and that he is working hard to put the dockers on the right track.

The former AFC Leopards player has entered the transfer market to reinforce his side as he looks for the best solution for the Mombasa-based side.

Bandari has collected 21 points from 15 outings, settling at number ten in the league of eighteen teams.

Kimani helped Bandari to finish fourth in the league last season after replacing Andre Casa Mbungo as interim coach.
