Chelsea have officially shown their interest in signing French defender Jules Kounde after submitting an official bid of £55 to Sevilla hoping that the Spanish club will accept to sell the 23 year old.
The blues have been following each and every step of the promising defender since January and now are waiting for the green light from Sevilla to discuss personal terms with Kounde.
