A student is nursing injuries after she was attacked by thugs in Likoni, Mombasa County as she went to school.
According to reports, the form two student of Bububu Elite secondary school was attacked at Cafe area early Wednesday morning.
She was attacked by a group of young looking thugs who were armed with machetes and crude weapons.
The thugs also snatched her school bag before disappearing.
“They made away with her bag which contained books”, said a witness.
However several suspects have been arrested as cops seized several items including military uniforms.
