A Mombasa court has issued orders prohibiting a woman from carrying any man in her ex -husband’s car.

Courts further directed Dorothy to inform Osmuno incase of car breakdown and warned each other against using abusive language.

Yator set matter to be mentioned on 19th October 2020 when it will rule on maintenance, school fees and transport after the government issued directions on the opening of schools.

“The father sent a sum of sh.8000 per month to assist the mother in catering for the needs of the children,” read court orders.

Dorothy has also filed an application seeking orders allowing children to visit their father.

She claimed that the children were not willing to visit their father and recently he used police officers to threaten them with a gun after they refused to go with their father.
