A scuffle was witnessed at Mama Lucy hospital in Nairobi after an Administrative policeman shot dead a bodaboda guy after a confrontation.
The bodaboda guy, identified as Daniel Mburu, is believed to have been ferrying a sick child from Korogocho area in Nairobi to Mama Lucy hospital when the incident occurred.
Eye Witnesses says the bodaboda operator and the AP were arguing over the wrong parking of his motorcycle when the officer pulled the trigger and shot the man in the chest.
The officer then ran away when civilians who witnessed the incident started charging towards him.
