A County principal administrator identified as Eric Ochieng was on Wednesday arraigned in court over attempting to sexually assault an 11-year-old girl.
The Taita Taveta County official who was arrested on Monday was presented before the Voi chief magistrate Ellen Nderitu where he denied the accusations.
It is reported that Mr. Ochieng took the girl to his home in Voi town on March 9, 20,19 where he showed the girl his manhood.
The accused was was released on a cash bail of Ksh200, 000 or Ksh500, 000 with a surety of a similar amount.
He is set to appear in court on 17th April 2019 with his hearing set for May 5th, 2019.
