Sauti Sol’s Bien-Aime Baraza has proposed to his long term half Swiss half Nigerian girlfriend Chiki Onwukwe popularly known as ‘Chiki Kuruka’.
The Afro-Pop band took to social media to share the good news with a photo of the proposal captioned “Love wins. She said yes..”
Bien and Chiki, a fitness instructor and dance choreographer, have been dating for about 4-5 years now and it was just a matter of time before the proposal came.
The two met at a club after Bien was introduced to her by fashion designer Emmanuel Jambo. They exchanged contacts and here they are planning to seal it officially.
The Bien and Chiki proposal comes six months after another Sauti Sol member, Guitarist Polycarp Otieno ‘Fancy Fingers’ tied the knot to his long time Burundian Girlfriend, Lady Mandy, in a traditional wedding in Burundi later followed by a white wedding in November last year.
Chiki was born and raised in the UK and came to Kenya in 2014 with friends.
