Mombasa, KENYA: Vivo Energy Kenya, the company that markets and distributes Shell-branded fuels and lubricants, on Thursday embarked on a campaign to educate motorists in the Coast region on fuel efficiency, engine maintenance and performance.

The campaign, dubbed “DYNAFLEX Tour”,  was launched during the official opening of a new Shell service station in Ukunda, Kwale County.

Speaking at the launch of Shell Ukunda service station, Vivo Energy Kenya Marketing & Customer Care Manager, Mark Senteu said the company is committed to sensitizing motorists on engine maintenance and proper fuel options for improved engine performance and efficiency.

“The education sessions for motorists in Mombasa and Kwale Counties are part of our on-going Go Well campaign that will see us provide information on simple but effective ways of maintaining and optimizing the use of motor vehicle engines for improved performance and longevity.” Mr. Senteu said.

Adding that Mombasa and Kwale residents were set to gain valuable information to enhance their engines’ output.

These moves follow the introduction of new Shell fuels in the market: Shell V-Power, Shell FuelSave Diesel, and Shell FuelSave Unleaded all formulated with the firm’s Dynaflex Technology meant to increase engine efficiency, improve fuel cleanliness and enhance overall engine performance.
