Mwingi central MP Gideon Muylungi is a man under police investigations for the second time in less than 6 months.
This was after his wife former Ebru TV anchor Doreen Gatwiri accused him of beating her.
According to Doreen the MP had assaulted her on Monday evening after a domestic quarrel at their Karen home forcing her to flee.
“I fear for my life because he always threatened me that I really don’t know who he is. One time he told me to ask around who “Mulyungi is” This assault is not the first or second time. I did it to protect my home and his anger condition but enough is enough. His anger issue is always getting out of hand making me a target.” Doreen wrote on her social media pages.
Doreen who quite her Ebru TV job last year said that her husband had previously assaulted her househelp and her chef who is a elderly man.
