Sultan Hamud, KENYA: At least Seven people lost their lives and several others injured following a road accident at Sultan Hamud area on the Nairobi-Mombasa highway.
The injured were rushed to hospital in the Saturday morning incident.
According to Makueni County Commissioner Mohammed Maalim, the accident involved a hearse and a truck.
The place has been reported to be a hotspot where a number of accidents have happened before.
