Mombasa, KENYA: The NASA rally at Mama Ngina grounds turned chaotic as Governor Joho and Senator Omar supporters clashed right from the onset.

The rally that was to start at 4PM delayed for almost 1 hour after ODM and Wiper supporters engaged in a shouting match as each group demanded to be addressed by the respective leaders.

ODM supporters began to protest when NASA deputy presidential candidate Kalonzo Musyoka arrived at Mama Ngina grounds with Omar with some of them taking to the stage.

Security found it hard to control some of the supporters that took to the stage making an angry Kalonzo shout at them to leave the stage.

“Tafadhalini msije mkaharibu ushindi wetu wa NASA kila mtu atoke, no you stop arguing get out!” Kalonzo could be heard shouting.

Shortly after, Raila and Musalia Mudavadi managed to get the youths off stage for the rally to continue.

“We are all NASA people. We must show respect. You are shaming us,” Mudavadi said.

Raila later  took to the stage and addressed the charge crowd but things turned chaotic once more when he brought Joho and Omar on the stage to urge supporters to vote for the two candidates.

“I knew you would come to make noise. But things will be seen on Tuesday. We will change Mombasa. We will create employment. Mombasa is NASA. Mombasa is Hassan Omar Sultan ya nini!” Said Omar amid jeers.

Joho later took to the stage and called on his supporters to vote him so that he can finish his work.
