Nairobi,KENYA:NASA Flag bearer Raila Odinga would be voted in as president if elections were to be held today, this is according to the latest polls.
This is according to a new opinion poll released by infotrak on Tuesday 1st of August.
According to the survey that was conducted towards the end of July, Raila would scoop 49% of the votes against President Uhuru Kenyatta of Jubilee party’s 48%.
Abduba Dida would come in third with 0.3% of the votes followed by Ekuru Aukuot with 0.1%
Infotrak CEO Angela Ambitho however said that the winner would be decided by the undecided voters who are at 2%.
“The undecided will determine the outcome,” Angela Ambitho said on Tuesday.
The new polls results comes a few days after another poll placed President Uhuru Kenyatta first at 53% and NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga 42%.
The survey poll which was conducted by the Centre for African progress sampled 9995 respondents between 24th and 27th of July.
The infotrak opinion poll has a margin of error of +/- 1.4 while that of Centre for African governance has a margin of error of +/-1.29%
