2 tbsp grated ginger
¾ cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1.Put the grated ginger in a pan then add the ¾ cup of sugar and ½ cup of water.
2.On medium heat, boil the ingredients and stir until all the sugar dissolves.
3.Remove from heat and cover for an hour.
4.Sieve the syrup and refridgerate for an hour.
5.Add 5 more cups of cold water into the syrup and shake well.
6.Add the 2 tbsp of lemon juice and serve cold.
