Kangemi produce a five star performance to hammer Changamwe United 5-1

Changamwe United winning streaks in the Football Kenya Federation FKF Division One League was breached on Sunday in a 5-1 hammering at the hands of visiting Kangame All Stars in a match played at Changamwe Estate ground.

Churchill Otieno became a villain when he netted his own net two minutes to the game with Isaya Ocharo putting Kangame in the drive seat after latching home the second goal two minutes before the break.

Changamwe got their way back into the match in the 55th minute through new recruit Alfred Kitaka but their celebrations were cut short by Albert Onywera who restored Kangami’s two goal cushion four minutes later.

Onywera would the complete his double and Kanagmwe’s fourth of the day with a well taken strike before Livingstone Ochieng summed up the 5-1 rout in the dying minutes of the game.

With the success Kangemi All Stars who has game to play moved level on 10 with Changamwe United after four matches to the season.

Elsewhere Coast Stima overcame Fortune Sacco 2-0 while Mwatate United edged Commercial 2-0.
