Ingredients
½ kg self raising flour
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp active yeast
250ml milk
100 gm butter
Salt
Procedure
- In a bowl, add milk, sugar and active yeast and stir well.
- Cover and let it sit for 5 mins.
- Then add in the butter and a pinch of salt and stir again.
- Add in your flour.
- Knead your dough until smooth.
- Cover the dough then set aside for 30 mins to rise.
- Cut the dough into medium round balls and arrange them on a greased baking tray.
- Bake in the oven on 180C for 15mins.
- Serve with any beverage of your choice
