How to bake soft scones

Ingredients
½ kg self raising flour
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp active yeast
250ml milk
100 gm butter
Salt
Procedure
  1. In a bowl, add milk, sugar and active yeast and stir well.
  2. Cover and let it sit for 5 mins.
  3. Then add in the butter and a pinch of salt and stir again.
  4. Add in your flour.
  5. Knead your dough until smooth.
  6. Cover the dough then set aside for 30 mins to rise.
  7. Cut the dough into medium round balls and arrange them on a greased baking tray.
  8. Bake in the oven on 180C for 15mins.
  9. Serve with any beverage of your choice
