Peeled Green Bananas
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
Add cooking oil and chopped onions to the sufuria and cook till tender.
Add the chopped bell pepper and garlic and cook for further three minutes.
Add the tomatoes and dania and stir to avoid stickiness.
Add potatoes and cook for about four minutes.
Add 1 1/2 cups of water for green bananas and bring to a boil.
Add the green bananas and curry powder.
Add salt to taste.
Continue boiling then reduce heat and simmer when nearly cooked.
Serve while hot.
