How to prepare fish pilau ( pilau samaki)!

Ingredients
Rice 2 cups
Boneless fish (Tuna) 1/2kg
Garlic 1/4pc
Ginger 1/4pc
Onion 2pcs
Potatoes 3pcs
Cooking oil
Salt 1 tbl spoon
Chopped Tomatoes 2pcs
Pilau Masala 2tbl spoons
Boiled water (still hot) 4 cups

Procedure
Start by washing your rice well and sock it for 20 minutes.

Fry the onion, smashed garlic, and ginger till golden brown.

Add 2 spoons of pilau masala and stir.

Add the chopped tomatoes mix them well, let them cook for 1 minute.

Mix the mixture with potatoes and the add the hot water.

Add salt to taste then add your socked rice, let it cook for 4 minutes.

Carefully deep the boneless fish and let it simmer for 3 minutes till the water dries up under low heat.
Cover until well cooked.

Serve while hot.
