1,216 candidates have scored grade A in the just released Kenya Cerificate of Secondary Education 2023.
Education CS Ezekiel Machogu has said that the number of grade A has increased from 1,216 students to 1,146
Announcing the results, Minister Machogu has expressed his disappointment with the number of candidates who got an E grade.
“ As the CS I am also pained that a large number of students got grade E. 48,174 or 5.33 per cent ended up scoring grade E in 2023 KCSE examination” he added.
