Police are pursuing a Busia man who chopped his wife’s hands.
Benard Ouma allegedly chopped off his wife’s hands before escaping on a waiting motorcycle.
The incident, which took place, at Sikarara area of Butula, Busia County, was reported by the victim’s elder sister.

The 32-year-old victim is being treated at Busia County Referral Hospital.
Meanwhile, police are carrying out investigations to establish the cause of the attack.
However, the sister who reported the incident said she was not aware of any wrangles going on between the two.
