Mombasa,KENYA: A suspected gang leader only known as ‘Young man’ has been stabbed to death by a rival gang in Likoni.
The 24 year old who is said to be the leader of a criminal gang called “military” was stabbed on the neck by a rival “Kasa” gang on Friday while escorting his friend’s wife to a local hospital .
Likoni OCPD Benjamin Rotich confirmed the incident saying the deceased was part of criminal gangs terrorizing Likoni residents.
Rotich said Police are on high alert to arrest members of the gangs.
“We had been searching for him as he was involved in several criminal activities”, said Rotich.
