Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan’s brother in law George pinto Ssemwanga has been found dead.
Pinto was found dead on Tuesday morning in a hotel room in the South African capital of Pretoria where he has been living.
It is not yet clear what caused Pinto’s death however Ugandan media reports that he had been ailing from Migraine over the past few months.
Late last year, Ugandan media reported that Pinto had been flown back to Uganda while in a comma and admitted to Nakasero hospital in the Ugandan capital Kampala.
Pinto is an elder brother to the late Ivan Ssemwanga and he is a business and owner of a hostel block in Makerere University and distribution company in Uganda.
One of late Ivan and Zari’s sons has in fact been named after the deceased and media reports further indicate that he is the one who helped late Ivan establish himself in South Africa
