Kilifi,KENYA:Kilifi County Orange house is under tight security at the moment after a group of youths alleged to be supporters of a Kilifi South aspirant caused chaos.
The supporters emerged abruptly minutes after the arrival of Nicolas Wanyepe, the aspirant who was beaten by his compatriot Ken Chonga.
They alleged that the results were not genuine and had been rigged with a lot of irregularities.
Ken was announced the winner of the nomination with a whooping votes of 8,862 as Wanyepe managed to get 2,552 votes.
The supporters could be seen holding placards and singing ,’Kingi, Madzayo’ must go.
However General Police Service United officer arrived and managed to disperse them.
This comes as Aisha Jumwa Karisa has been announced winner of the ODM Nominations on Malindi Parliamentary seat.
Ganze Member of County Assembly Japhet Nzaro has lost his ticket to Benedict Chengo as Gilbert Peru won the ODM ticket for Sokoni ward MCA.
Georfrey Muhambi of Mnarani Ward retained his ticket.
Currently women Rep results are awaited to be announced at the ODM headquarters.
