Kenya drops one place in FIFA Rankings

Nairobi, KENYA: Kenya’s Harambee Stars has dropped one spot to 88th in world ranking list released by football governing body FIFA on Thursday.

Kenya sits second behind Uganda in the Eastern and Central Africa CECAFA followed by Rwanda, Ethiopia, Sudan, Burundi and Tanzania respectively.

AFCON 2017 finalist Egypt is the best listed team in the continent with Senegal, champions Cameroon and Burkina Faso completing the best five countries in that order.

Top 10 remains status squo as Argentina and Brazil retain the first two spots respectively.

World Cup reigning champions Germany, Copa America winner Chile and Belgium complete the top five teams globally.
