Russian giants CSKA Moscow in for Olunga services

Moscow, RUSSIA: Russian bigwigs CSKA Moscow is the latest European club to be linked with a move for Kenyan international Michael Olunga who plies his trade with Swedish side IF Djurgarden.

As reported by Express Sports, UEFA Championship League participants CSKA Moscow has table a bid for the former Gor Mahia man who scored 12 goals for Djurgarden last season.

The lanky forward has been the subject of interest from European clubs since switching allegiance to Sweden earlier in 2016, after starring with Gor Mahia in the KPL 2015 season where he won the Most Valuable Player MVP accolade.

Other clubs said to be chasing his signature, are Chinese outfit Guizhou Zhicheng FC as well as Turkish giants Galatasaray who view him as a replacement for the former Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski.

Djurgarden however are yet to make any comment concerning the rumors according to the Swedish media.
