Kombeni Girls’ High School in Rabai constituency, Kilifi County, is appealing for help after the roof of a dormitory and dining hall were blown away by a strong wind.
The school’s headteacher Paméla Onyach, has called on local leaders and well-wishers to help in renovating the dormitory and dining hall.
She said the school currently has nowhere to accommodate over 300 students following the incident
“I appeal to the NG -CDF, government and other well-wishers to respond soonest and help as avert more disaster”, she said.
Efforts by the media to reach the area Mp William Kamoti were futile.
