Mr. Wafula Chebukati has officially exited as the chairman of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
Chebukati has been at the IEBC helm for a full term of six years.
In a letter, Chebukati thanked Kenyans for according him an opportunity to serve.
” It was undoubtedly a challenging assignment, but i served my country to the best of my ability and with accordance with the oath of office i took”, he stated.
