Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition leader Raila Odinga has called off the planned Monday protests .
Odinga however warned of return to protest incase the bipartisan committee proposded by president William Ruto fails to take off soon.
Raila insisted that the committee should be composed with immediate effect with strict deadlines for resolving the crisis facing the country.
Odinga was speaking from his capital hill office flanked by his presidential running mate Martha Karua and Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka among other leaders.
His stance to call off the demos comes a few minutes after Ruto extended an olive branch to the opposition in a televised address to the nation.
