All liquor businesses operating in Kilifi County will have to be licensed.
The County Directorate of Betting and Liquor Control has given notice to all liquor outlets operators to get licenses saying that applications are underway.
“Pursuant to the Kilifi County control Act 2015, all alcoholic drinks businesses MUST have a license from the Directorate of Liquor Control and Licensing,” read a statement from the County Directorate of Betting and Liquor Control.
Proprietors have been asked to pick their application forms awaiting inspections.
“The forms can be obtained from all Subcounty Administrator’s offices and Subcounty revenue offices,” the statement continued to read.
The forms will be available in the offices until Friday 10th February.
