Public Prosecutor Noordin Hajj has denied any tensions between him and the EACC anti-corruption commission over the KEMSA saga.
The DPP said the departments were cooperating in investigations.
Hajj said he ordered the EACC to rectify loopholes on the case expressing confidence that it will make it a strong case.
He said returning the case to the EACC does not mean that the commission conducted a shoddy investigation but to ensure the case can be admissible in court.
The statement comes after civil society groups called on the DPP's office on Wednesday to provide information on the KEMSA saga
