ODM has now nominated Mohamed Mdigo Mwamkale as its candidate for Rabai Mp following the demise of William Kamoti.
Mwamkale is the late Kamoti’s brother who died on Sunday night in a road accident in Mnarani-Kilifi County.
Kilifi County ODM party chairman Teddy Mwambire said they nominated Mdigo based on his political experience.
He previously was chairperson of Mariakani town council. Mwakamkale also served as Kaliang’ombe councilor from 2002-2007.
Kamoti was buried in his Rabai home on Monday.
