St. Mary's Primary School in Bangladesh slum, Jomvu constituency is facing closure over filled up latrines.
According to area health officer Mr. Hamisi Fondo, pupils are suffering since the latrines were full.
He says the situation is a health hazard which could lead to disease outbreak which may affect the more than 100 pupils in the school.
According to Mr. Fondo, the school management and the community must find solutions to the problem quickly to avert the closure.
