Acting ODM chair in Kilifi branch Teddy Mwambire, has refuted claims that Kilifi Governor Amos Jefa Kingi is no longer ODM chair.
According to the Ganze Mp, ODM is yet to receive a formal letter in regards to the matter.

” As far as I’m concerned, Kingi is still ODM chair in our branch. We as ODM we haven’t received any letter suggesting Kingi is out as ODM chair in Magharini branch,” Said Mwambire.

Mwambire has however, vowed that in 100 days to come, the ODM party would be reconstructed to a better party that would accommodate all people and there is no need to worry.

This comes just a week when ODM party snatched governor Kingi ODM chairmanship in Kilifi branch.

In Mombasa, Raila Odinga is said to have identified Mvita MP Abdullswamad Sheriff Nassir and businessman Suleiman Shahbal as his rooters.

In Taita Taveta County, the incumbent Governor, Granton Samboja, would be ODM’s point-man, while Tana River Governor Dhadho Godhana would protect ODM’s interests in the county.

In Kilifi County, the man to shield and champion ODM’s agenda is Teddy Mwambire.

Kingi, who is serving a second and final term as governor, has, since 2018, been pushing for a united political outfit in Coast.
