KWFT offers loans to Kenyans in Water and Hygiene businesses

KWFT bank has launched a massive campaign to offer loans to Kenyans in water and hygiene sectors amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to a brief from KWFT, the financial solutions include loans for; acquisition of water tanks and purifiers (dispensers).

Others include WASH assets e.g. generators, water bowers and water bottling companies wishing to start or expand their business.

The loans under the campaign dubbed “Maji safi, Afya Bora na KWFT”, are payable between a period of one and two years, according to KWFT.

The financial institution also urged Kenyans to take advantage of the loans for start –ups especially in water sectors for maximum benefits in order to improve their livelihoods.

KWFT with over 230 branches countrywide will also finance the acquisition of Water tanks with flexible repayment period.

This comes as the ministry of Health urges Kenyans to observe personal and communal hyiegene in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic.

KWFT product portofolio stretches from Agribusiness Financing, Asset Financing, Bancassuarance, Light Solutions, clean cooking solutions and water and Sanitation Hygiene serving Kenyan families.
