
A section of Mombasa ODM and wiper party MCAs opposed to Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho’s leadership have met with the deputy president William Ruto and discussed issues affecting Mombasa residents.
Five MCAs accompanied Nyali MP Mohammed Ali and former Mombasa Senator Hassan Sarai Omar to Ruto’s office in Karen Nairobi.
Four Mombasa County MCAs from ODM that visited deputy president are Abdalla Shebe (Jomvu Kuu), Charles Kitula (Freretown), Fahad Kassim (Mjambere) and Abrari Omar (Kongowea) and Wiper Democratic Movement’s Faith Mwende (Kipevu).
Ruto disclosed that he met with five MCAs from Mombasa County and discussed issues affecting their electorate and how they can work together to improve the lives of ordinary residents.
The MCAs were in black T-shirts branded “Hustler 001”.
