If you have a TSC number and are a resident of Lamu, Wajir, Mandera and Garissa Counties, you can apply for a teaching position in your respective county.

The Teachers Service Commission has advertised 500 posts for teachers on Contract to fill in Lamu, Garissa, Wajir and Mandera Counties.

“Pursuant to its mandate, the Commission invites application from suitably qualified teachers to be recruited on a three-year contract renewable up to the age of 65 years to teach in primary and secondary schools in the following counties; Mandera, Wajir, Garissa, and Lamu,” said TSC.

Of the 500 posts, 191 are for primary schools and 309 for secondary schools.

Interested teachers, who wished to be considered for either primary or secondary schools and meet the required qualifications, should make their applications online through the TSC website.

The deadline for application is Tuesday 30th June, 2020.
