Speculation is rife that Bongo crooner Ali Kiba has reconciled with his estranged wife Amina Khaleef.
This is after Amina took to Instagram to wish her estranged husband happy birthday.
Amina who goes by the username @aileenlora on instragram uploaded a photo of the Mvumo wa radi singer holding their months old son and captioned it Happy Birthday dady ake.
Ali Kiba who had earlier been surprised with a birthday cake by the Tanzanian Police force during the launch of a campaign against Gender based violence in Tabora district however did not publicly respond to the birthday wish.
News of their nasty break up surfaced in September with a section of Tanzanian media outlets reporting that the two did not see eye to eye on many issues like Amina not getting along with Ali’s relatives and Ali Kiba allegedly cheating on his wife with his ex-girlfriend Jokate.
However, speaking to Clouds FM a week later, Ali Kiba denied the allegations saying that Amina had returned to Mombasa so that she could continue working.
“She had previously told me she wanted to work because she is very educated. When i returned from Europe, she told me she was good and now i can go visit her at any time” Ali Kiba said.
The notoriously private Amina who is a fiscal analyst seems to have gone back to her job at the Mombasa county government.
Last month she accompanied other county officials to attend the International Desalination Congress in Dubai.
The Mombasa county government is planning to build a multi-million desalination plant in Mombasa.
