Bongo artiste Ommy Dimpoz has made a comeback to the music industry after being ill for some time.

Ommy Dimpoz has been in and out of hospital undergoing 3 surgeries with Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho offering him massive support.

Ommy underwent two surgeries at the Netcare Milpark Hospital in Johannesburg before his throat received complications and he was rushed to the University Hospital of Dusseldorf in Germany.

The news song dubbed ‘Ni wewe’ is produced under Rockstar record label where Ommy thanks his fans, followers, and God for standing with him during his ailing period.

Ali Kiba took to his Instagram to welcome Ommy Dimpoz back to the music industry while at the same time congratulating him for the new song.

Rift deepens between ailing Ommy Dimpoz and his father

The music video was partly shot in Vipingo ridge in Kilifi county.

Ommy is known for his hit song ‘you and me’ featuring Vanessa Mdee which brought him on top in bongo industry and the rest of Eastern Africa.
